This package, available at pip as icoscp, allows you to have direct access to data objects from the ICOS Carbon Portal where a "Preview" is available. It provides easy access to data objects hosted at the ICOS Carbon Portal. By using this library you can load data files directly into memory.

ICOS data repository

InteractiveVis
The InteractiveVis software framework provides a blueprint for evaluating 3D datasets with convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and for deriving and visualizing CNN relevance maps. This tool was developed and tested for disease detection in MRI scans. We plan to extend it to other domains.
