InteractiveVis
The InteractiveVis software framework provides a blueprint for evaluating 3D datasets with convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and for deriving and visualizing CNN relevance maps. This tool was developed and tested for disease detection in MRI scans. We plan to extend it to other domains.

ITSEE Collation Editor
This is a standalone version of the collation editor. It works with the local file system on your computer. A small example of a single Greek verse is included as a sample file. The collation editor is a GUI wrapper around collateX. A version of that software is included with this editor.
